Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit before work begins, with milestone payments throughout the project.
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the completed work will transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Reasonable revisions are included in our service. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
The materials on LTD Secrets' website are provided on an 'as is' basis. LTD Secrets makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall LTD Secrets or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on LTD Secrets' website, even if LTD Secrets or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
